This image was modeled initially with Revit, but about 80% remodelled in Max9. Rendered with Maxwell Render. This is an older project that I posted below. The old image was rendered with Maxell but the need for an animation came up and of course I couldn't render an animation with Maxwell on a single PC so I re-created my textures / lighting with Mental Ray.

I am fairly pleased when comparing it to the Maxwell render.
Render time was 2 minutes 30 seconds per frame at 720x480DV. Give or take a few seconds for the closer shots.
